Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
Our classes are aimed at beginners who are looking for additional guidance for their muscular and intellectual health. Yoga is an incredible tool to achieve gentle stretching along with reaching a state of relaxation and peace.
