Meditation with Chelsea
Meditation is an excellent tool for stress and anxiety management. Our standard weekly classes aim at providing multiple meditation styles within the hour long session that include a Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Guided Visual Meditation, Mantra Meditation and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing. These classes are a wonderful way to start the week as well as deepen your connection with your consciousness. Mondays 6:30pm for 60 minutes
Chelsea is a qualified Meditation Teacher & Holistic Counsellor and has been practicing meditation for over 7 years. Over her time, Chelsea has been fortunate to witness incredible teachers such as Esther Hicks, Deepak Chopra and Dr Joe Dispenza in live conferences with her interest in holistic health stemming from childhood.
