Meditation with Chelsea

Meditation is an excellent tool for stress and anxiety management. Our standard weekly classes aim at providing multiple meditation styles within the hour long session that include a Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Guided Visual Meditation, Mantra Meditation and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing. These classes are a wonderful way to start the week as well as deepen your connection with your consciousness.
